Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
Online, our security policy is that only those people who have a need to know have access to the database, and a security policy is in place to prevent employees from using this database. The company security policy is addressed and discussed in weekly meetings with the applicable employees. Employees can only obtain access to database information through password protected means. Site and Service Updates We send the user site and service announcement updates. Members generally are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service or website. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we do offer a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by emailing us at our contact web page, where we offer email, and possibly mail and/or telephone methods of contact.
