About the vendor: Julio Camberos Jr. has owned Black Tie Gourmet for eight years. It provides off-site, full-service catering for parties, weddings, company events, etc.
Camberos is well-known for his special seasoning used on tri tip. At catered events by Black Tie Gourmet, many guests wanted to buy this special seasoning but it wasn't packaged to sell at the time. This led him to produce his Tri Tip Spice Rub, which he is presenting at the Farmers Market.
