Chicken Mojito - As the weather begins to warm this dish is excellent for the Grill |

| Chicken breast (6oz boneless filets) | 4 each |

| Dijon Mustard | ||||
| Olive Oil | ||||
Salt and pepper to taste |

Marinate the chicken breast with the mustard and oil refrigerate for 2 hours before grilling |

2 each cut into segments |

Garlic |

Red Onion |

Olive Oil |

Preperation: Place all the ingredients into a bowl for one hour before use. Grill the chicken breast 4 min. per side or until thoroughly cooked, place on a serving platter.
